First off, my real name is Sean Reddy... but I am better known as Coach Beard. Hence, the team name is "16u Beard." My family is incredibly important to me. They are the cornerstone of who I am and why I coach. I grew up in the North Seattle area and have been in or around sports most of my life. This includes playing baseball, football and running track to coaching and reffing soccer, volleyball and basketball.

I have helped coach at various levels of youth sports over the years and am excited to step into the head coaching role for Shock. I was an assistant coach at the 14u level for North Seattle Rage, and after a year away from the dugout, I wanted back in. I am a big proponent of Hustle, Focus, and Confidence. I don’t accept the word “can’t” on my field.
